Chassis contacts

Chassis contacts tie the board's mounting holes to a metal chassis or standoffs, so heat can leave through the screws.

Turn them on when the board is screwed down to metal, and give the chassis a temperature if it runs warmer than the air.

Every mounting hole is tied at once, and a clamp or pad on the top face is not modelled.
