The color map and its scale

The map paints the board from cool dark purple to hot yellow, and the scale beside it gives the temperature each color stands for, in degrees Celsius.

Read it to find the hot spot, then hover the board to read the temperature under the pointer.

The colors stretch to the range on screen, so two maps with the same colors can sit at different temperatures, and the numbers on the scale tell them apart.
