Rule area

Draws an outline around part of the sheet, so a directive label on its edge applies to every net inside.

When a whole block of the circuit, like a power stage, should share one net class.

Not a keepout on the board, it only carries rules from the schematic, and KiCad calls this Draw Rule Areas.
