Leader line

Draws an arrow from a feature to a note you type, the way a drawing points at what it describes.

When one spot on the board needs a word for the factory, such as a finish or a part to leave off.

Not a measurement: it writes your words, not a distance, and KiCad calls this Draw Leaders.
