Sheet label

Names a wire inside a sheet so it can leave through a matching pin on that sheet's box one level up.

When a child sheet needs to hand a signal to the sheet that holds it.

Not a global label: it only reaches its parent sheet, and KiCad calls this Place Hierarchical Labels.
