Sheet pin

Adds a pin to a sheet box for one of the sheet labels drawn inside that sheet.

When a sheet label inside a child sheet has no pin yet on its box, so nothing outside can reach it.

Not a free pin you can name at will: it takes its name from a label inside, and KiCad calls this Place Pins from Sheet.
