Tune a track

Adds a wavy meander to a track you have routed until its length reaches the target you set.

When signals must arrive together, such as the lines of a memory bus that need equal lengths.

Not a router: it only lengthens a track that is already there, and KiCad calls this Tune Length of a Single Track.
