Sync sheet pins

Opens a list that matches every sheet box's pins to the sheet labels inside it, so you can add or remove the ones out of step.

When you have added or renamed sheet labels and the boxes on the parent page no longer agree.

Not a drawing tool: it changes only the pins on sheet boxes, and KiCad calls this Sync All Sheet Pins.
